Per Kristiansen is a co-founder and Trivium is a proud member of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method.

The Association and its members safeguards,  and develops the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. Each trainer provides facilitator training, certification, and community support in the method. We are not only members but proud members, because the Association has been relentless in its dedication to quality and real impact to the final clients, and generous in its hard work for creating a global community

 The purpose of the Association is to deliver a uniform and high-quality training of new facilitators in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method regardless of language or geographical location and do it in a way that protects, maintains and further the method's integrity and high quality.
