Per Kristiansen

Per KristiansenPer’s professional life after  having graduated from Copenhagen Business School  started as a management consultant working with Change Management Processes,  Balanced Scorecard and Knowledge Management. He did, however, come to the  conclusion that he needed to be part of it himself – be part of an  organization, a change process and a development. He then changed his job and moved to LEGO® transferring his workplace and from Copenhagen to London.

From LEGO  he moved on to work with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, which  at that time was  owned and managed by a  small and independent company, Executive Discovery. Again, that meant a change in location – first to Milan and later on to Bergamo (Italy) (Executive Discovery was later  merged back in to the LEGO Group.)

In 2005 he returned to Denmark and  took up a position as part of the Management Group at Danfoss Universe which,  at that time, had just opened. After an interesting and exciting year at  Danfoss Universe, he became part of Trivium.
All through the years the  underlying theme in his work has been change management, innovation, business development,  organizational learning, and, in particular, strategies in rapidly changing  environments.

Lately, he has participated in courses on Leading Change & Organization Renewal at Harvard Business  School, “Leadership Foundations” with Peter Senge and “Presencing: Collective  Leadership for Profound Innovation and Change” with Otto Scharmer (Society of  Organization Learning), and has obtained an advanced coaching certificate

Per has vast and rich experience from working in  international and intercultural environments. He is known  to be one of the most experienced facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method  worldwide, he has written several articles on the method and successfully presented it a leading conferences around the world.
