Become a facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is an amazing and very powerful method for unlocking the full potential of any organisation. It helps people engage with and develop innovative solutions to complex issues. Trivium partners have worked with the method since it was developed at LEGO Company years ago. We have over the years developed a unique experience from working directly with our own clients, and training other facilitators and consultants. Per Kristiansen was one of the two original master trainers in the method, and as such co-developed the training program while he was employed by LEGO, whilst other Trivium partners were trained not only as facilitators but also as trainers by LEGO. We are founding members of the Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, and Per is chairman of the Advisory Board for LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. We are offering the Foundation Training which is the complete the full certification in just four intense days. The program are designed to train both consultants and in-house corporate staff who want to facilitate workshops that enhance innovation and business performance. In addition, for certified facilitators who have build experience with the method, we offer one-day Advanced Training programs.
